Programme Overview

This Psoriasis Masterclass is a new educational initiative from the St John’s Derm Academy. This half day programme will consist of interactive lectures and hands-on practical workshops, led by experts in the field, and is suitable for both novice and expert nurses.

The programme will conclude with refreshments and opportunities for networking with colleagues.

St John’s Institute of Dermatology is one of the world’s leading dermatological clinical, educational and research centres. It aims to provide high quality, evidence-based and patient-centred education for nurses and /or other healthcare professionals who are interested in learning more about the assessment and management of patients with psoriasis.

16.30 – 17.00 Systemic drug monitoring in psoriasis Karina Jackson Dermatology - Consultant Nurse

17.00 – 18.15 Work stations – attendees to select 2 stations - each are 30 minutes

  • Good consultation skills,

  • UV therapy,

  • How to screen for biologics
