Skin conditions are among the commonest diseases encountered by health care professionals. Each year in the UK, 13 million individuals see their GP with a skin problem, and 5.5% of these are referred for specialist advice.
St John’s DermAcademy, established in 2017, seeks to address the growing demand for high quality dermatology education for hospital and community-based clinicians and other health professionals. Our courses are designed with the practising dermatologist in mind. Ultimately, we believe that by inspiring and educating healthcare providers, we will improve dermatology care for patients in the UK and beyond.
Our partnerships have enabled the development of our affordable, patient-centered and evidence-based range of courses. Industry support has no influence on the educational content of our courses.
Finally, we are very grateful to all of St John's Institute of Dermatology staff, course speakers and delegates, who continue to make St John’s DermAcademy a success.

St John’s DermAcademy are winners of the QiC Award for Dermatology Education Programmes for Healthcare Professionals 2021
